Peter M Newton, M.D. is the director of Newton Medical Evaluations, Inc and has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) since 1998. He is regularly and frequently invited to be speaker at the California Applicant Attorney Association (CAAA) and the California Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney Association (CWCDAA) conferences.  He has been an invited speaker at the annual meeting of the California Orthopedic Association (COA) teaching other orthopedic surgeons interested in becoming Qualified Medical Evaluators (QME) and is a frequent speaker at Workers’ Compensation Insurance conferences and law firms teaching those in the workers compensation insurance arena.
